Off we go!

Although you know from previous posts that Tyson and I finished school, what you don't know is that we got these a few months ago.

Woo hoo! We are bona fide graduates!
However, since opening a letter in your living room isn't quite as dramatic and celebratory as a graduation ceremony we are going to Utah for my commencement!
We were hoping that BYU and UVU would have their graduations within a day or two of each other so that we could hit them both up at once but that didn't happen so we are just going to mine. Although I think Tyson's PhD. is a bit more of an accomplishment than my lowly Bachelor degree he had a chance to walk when he got his Bachelor's and now he says it's my turn.
So tomorrow morning, way too early for my taste, we are heading down to Utah. Fun fun fun! I will surely post pictures from our trip when I get back.

And now, something that has nothing to do with graduation...

CRAFTS!!!
Lindsey came over last week and we made these adorable little picture boxes. Although our boxes turned out super cute (now they just need some pictures on those flapping pages) what I really should have been taking pictures of is her darling little 4 week old baby! He was a doll, and such a trooper while his mom and I had a little girl time. After she left I decided to embellish the lid of my box with a few more do-dads.
Oh such fun.
And I am telling you we have BIG plans for the future. BIG ones involving sewing and gluing (I totally did not know that's how it was spelled) and whatever else we can think of.
I can't wait.
