Here is one of my favorite songs from my recital. It was at the end of the "show" so my voice is a little tired and so I'm not sure if it was my best vocal. It is one of my all time favorite pieces though, so I thought I would put it on... Plus it's pretty short and I don't think I do anything to embarrass myself
:-) p.s. the camera definitely adds 10 lbs... or 20.
Wow, gorgeous. I love that song. Hard to believe that such a big voice comes from such a tiny body. Bravo!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! I think you did a fab job. You are talented!
ReplyDeleteMarissa, I have never heard you sing before. WOW!! I agree about the big voice in a tiny body. Gorgeous girl, gorgeous voice.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE that song. It makes me cry every time I hear it, but I have to tell you what Luke said....He and Brynn are here right now (Jen's kids) and we said, "Lukie do you want to see your cousin sing?" He said yes. So we played the video for him and he said, "Her song is crooked." "I don't think she feels good." We are dying laughing on the floor right now.....He's not used to hearing a true vibrato...since none of us can sing so beautifully!
ReplyDeleteHa ha! Well, he was right about me not feeling good since I was nervous the whole time. That's so funny! What a cutie.
ReplyDeleteWOW! You sound fabulous! Congrats on a job well done!
